Waiting on Wednesday: Matched by Ally Condie

Waiting on Wednesday is meme hosted by Jill of Breaking the Spine where you can post about upcoming you're looking forward to.

My first Waiting on Wednesday ever will be on a book that's coming out pretty soon but I can't wait!

                               Matched by Ally Condie:
Cassia has always trusted the Society to make the right choices for her: what to read, what to watch, what to believe. So when Xander's face appears on-screen at her Matching ceremony, Cassia knows with complete certainty that he is her ideal mate . . . until she sees Ky Markham's face flash for an instant before the screen fades to black.

The Society tells her it's a glitch, a rare malfunction, and that she should focus on the happy life she's destined to lead with Xander. But Cassia can't stop thinking about Ky, and as they slowly fall in love, Cassia begins to doubt the Society's infallibility and is faced with an impossible choice: between Xander and Ky, between the only life she's known and a path that no one else has dared to follow.

I am literally sitting on my hands waiting for this book to come out. The premise looks awesome and the cover is amazing! Ever since I read The Hunger Games, I've been looking for another book with a sci-fi/alternate universe twist to it and this really looks like it could be it! It reminds me of 1984 by Orwell but for YA because of the oppressive society. I love it!

Thinking of writing something below? Well, that's why you are awesome! I always love feedback!

This blog is an award free zone. With the demand of a full time job, blogging time is becoming much more precious and I just don't have the time to meet the demands of awards. Thanks so much for thinking of me anyway!
