TEAser Tuesdays (49): The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore

TEAser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along, just do as following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
  • Be careful not to include any spoilers so as not to ruin the book for others!
Make sure to share the title and the author so other TT participants can add the book to their TBR piles!

The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore

" 'They're going to kill her anyway,' Six says softly. 'Telling them what I did, at least I spread her from horrible torture, as if there is any comfort in that.' "

--Pg. 94 of "The Power of Six" by Pittacus Lore

I just finished I Am Number Four and am excited to see where this one if going. I'd thought it was going to pick up in John's voice but this is following someone new. I can't wait to see what John looks like through her eyes!

What is your teaser?

  1. Oh, I can not say I've heard of this one or even if I like the cover or not.

    However, nice pick in quotes.

Hop on over... I have a few pictures from my disappearing act. The Mad Scientist has recently just touched down on American Soil ;)

  3. Oh wow it isn't from John's POV. That could be interesting. Can't wait for your review.

Thinking of writing something below? Well, that's why you are awesome! I always love feedback!

This blog is an award free zone. With the demand of a full time job, blogging time is becoming much more precious and I just don't have the time to meet the demands of awards. Thanks so much for thinking of me anyway!
