YA's Most Eligable Bachelor Month

Hey guys,

I've been thinking that I want to host another month long thing and since my favorite topic is boys, I'd like to do a themed month on that. I was thinking about doing this a little like my Love Triangles Week where I had different bloggers write posts arguing for certain sides of a triangle. But for this event, I'd like to get about 15-20 of our favorite guys from YA and have a blogger post up why we love them each day. At the end there would be a voting round for the most eligible YA guy.

So what I want to know from you all is if you'd be interested in hosting a giveaway, writing up a guest post or hosting a challenge.

I also want to know which guys you all think should be included in this? I need about 15-20 and I only want 1 from each novel so it means narrowing it down...

Let me know who you love in the comments and if you are interested in writing a guest post or hosting a challenge/giveaway, e-mail me please!

So far I'm thinking (to name a few:

  • Jay from The Body Finder series
  • Either Jace or Simon from The Mortal Instrument series
  • Four from Divergent
  • Peeta or Gale from The Hunger Games series
  • Gabriel from Once A Witch
  • Kartik from Gemma Doyle series
  • Ren or Shay from Nightshade series
  • Ash or Puck from The Iron Fey series
There are so many. Who do you think should be nominated?

  1. Love this idea! I totally want to participate. I'd be up for writing a guest post. Maybe hosting a challenge, too? Depending on what that would be.

It's funny because I just wrote a post about book boyfriends for my blog and scheduled it for next week, so I sort of have this on my brain right now, haha.

Hmmm, lemme think about who I always see mentioned by people...
    - Dimitri (Vampire Academy)
    - St. Clair (Anna and the French Kiss)
    - Zachary (Shade/Shift) [I have some bookmarks I could give away to a few people if you include him... not too exciting, but swag is always fun]
    - Peeta (Hunger Games)
    - Michael Moscovitz (Princess Diaries)
    - Alex Fuentes (Perfect Chemistry)
    - Ash (Iron Fey) [I'm actually a Puck fan, but let's face it, Ash is the favourite]
    - Adam (If I Stay/Where She Went)
    - Jay (Body Finder)
    - Jace (Mortal Instruments)

Okay I'm going to stop listing now, haha. But needless to say I'm a little enthusiastic about this -- sounds fun!

  2. Amazing idea! My literary crushes are legendary, so maybe I'll pick up a few more (because obviously I'm a serial book-dater) during this!

I'm totally putting in for Team Jem (Infernal Devices) from the start, though!

Thinking of writing something below? Well, that's why you are awesome! I always love feedback!

This blog is an award free zone. With the demand of a full time job, blogging time is becoming much more precious and I just don't have the time to meet the demands of awards. Thanks so much for thinking of me anyway!
