Cover Envy (25): Incarnate, Fateful and Airel

It's that time of week again! I'm showing another couple of covers that make me green with envy and stuck sitting on my hands until the novels they cover come out.

I hope you enjoy!
Incarnate by Jodi Meadows- This cover is blow-me-away gorgeous and I think it's one of my favorites ever. I can not stop looking at it. I love the hot pinks and cool blues, the gorgeous coloring of the butterfly, the light pink full lips. It's delicate and dainty and amazing! Best part?: The summary matches up with the cover. I am dying for 2012.

Goodreads:
About the only girl who is new in a world where everyone is perpetually reincarnated, and her quest to discover why she was born, and what happened to the person she replaced.
Incarnate comes out 2012 by Katherine Tegen Books.

Fateful by Cludia Gray- This cover makes me cold just looking at it. Knowing what this book is about before seeing the cover, it really does evoke the sadness of the Titanic with the singular girl searching out in the water and the coldness of the event with the blues and big full moon. This is an incredible cover and I can't wait to hold it in my hands!

Goodreads:

It's about a servant girl named Tess in 1912, who wants to escape from the house where she works, and most particularly the lecherous young lord of the manor. But that's not her biggest problem. While on a voyage to America, where she plans to escape and start a new life, she meets Alec, who's ruggedly handsome, fabulously wealthy, intelligent and yet so clearly troubled that she'd rather not fall for him, but she does. That also is not her biggest problem. Alec, it turns out, is a werewolf ... one cursed to change every night, unless and until he surrenders his independence and joins the Brotherhood, a pack of violently misogynistic werewolves who have been tracking him for months. You'd think that would be their biggest problem, wouldn't you?

But no. Their biggest problem -- though they don't know it yet -- is that they're aboard the RMS Titanic.
Fateful comes out September 13, 2011 to Harper Collins Children's Books.

Airel by Aaron Patterson- This reminds me a little of the Fallen covers with the girl looking forlorn in the black dress but that's not a bad thing. I love the bluish/green/black background and that it's out of focus. The girl's solemn expression is beautiful and I love her hair. It gives her this wildness that I like and the feather in her hand furthers this look.

Goodreads:
They fell from grace for love... they married women and their children had abilities. The Sons of God became legend and myth and over time gods like Thor, Zeus, and others carried the story over time. Superheros emerged and real or not, this is the beginning... ***Airel just wanted to go through High School as a normal teenager. She wanted to fly under the radar, but that was all about to change. Something was happening to her, changes and now this man stalking her... a killer and he wanted her!

Airel is out September 1, 2011 from StoneHouse Ink.

So what do you think of these covers?

Thinking of writing something below? Well, that's why you are awesome! I always love feedback!

This blog is an award free zone. With the demand of a full time job, blogging time is becoming much more precious and I just don't have the time to meet the demands of awards. Thanks so much for thinking of me anyway!
