The Bloggy Awards

I'd heard whispers of these Awards before but I'd never really checked them out before. They're different than those awards where you answer a few questions and then have to tag a bunch of new people because for these awards, you actually nominate people.

I've voted for my favorite blogs and I thought you all might be interested in doing the same! Here are the categories you can nominate for:

• Well-known blogger
• Best design
• Best reviews
• Most helpful
• Best breakout blog (Best new blog, meaning within six months)
• Best review for a contemporary book (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review)
• Best review for a paranormal book (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review)
• Best review for a dystopian book (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review)
• Best review for a sci-fi book (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review)
• Best review for a fantasy book (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review) 
• Best review in general (For this, if you nominate somebody leave a link to their review)
• Best meme
• Nicest blogger
• Most creative blogger
• Hottest blog (best content: I just got tired of constantly saying "Best" and "Most")
• Best group blog
• Most influential
• Best author blog
• Promo Queen

If you are looking at some of them and think my blog would be a good fit, I'd be super honored but I'd rather you be honest with yourselves and vote for who you think deserves awards in each of the categories.

To nominate, it's really easy. All you have to do is send and email with the categories and your choices (you may only nominate THREE people for each category) to bloggyawards@gmail.com. You need to include the name of the blog and the link.

Also, nominates end August 13th so you don't have much time left.
